PAHINGA Creative House Inc. may operate under registered trade names, including PAHINGA Creative Cafe, PAHINGA Creative Studio, and BuyingPH Digital. References to these names on this Site are for identification of our business rooms, services, projects, or trade names, and do not create separate legal entities unless expressly stated.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

Website scope

This Site is an informational landing page for PAHINGA Creative House Inc. and its business rooms, including our cafe, creative studio, digital projects, and partnership inquiries.

These Terms apply only to pahingacreativehouse.com. They do not automatically govern:

  • in-person cafe purchases;
  • separate cafe promos, reservations, or event arrangements;
  • studio projects covered by a quotation, proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement;

  • the BuyingPH platform at buyingph.com; or

Where a separate agreement applies, that separate agreement will control.

BuyingPH, operated under the trade name BuyingPH Digital at buyingph.com, is a separate product and platform with its own Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.

BuyingPH is an online listing and advertising tool. It does not broker, sell, lease, negotiate, appraise, manage, or handle real estate transactions. Any real estate transaction, communication, representation, negotiation, verification, payment, documentation, or legal obligation remains the responsibility of the relevant listing owner, broker, seller, buyer, lessor, lessee, agent, authorized representative, or other participating party.

These Terms apply only to pahingacreativehouse.com and do not replace or modify the terms that apply to buyingph.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this Site to:

  • send spam, abusive messages, malware, or unlawful content;
  • impersonate another person or organization;
  • interfere with the Site's security or operation;
  • attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
  • scrape, harvest, or misuse Site content or contact information;
