Contact form submissions are sent by email to our team through Resend, a transactional email service provider. Resend processes the information only as needed to deliver the email message and provide its service to us.

We do not maintain a separate website database of contact form submissions. However, your message may remain in our team email inbox and related email systems while we handle your inquiry.

A short-lived, in-memory rate limit may be applied using your IP address to prevent spam or abuse. This rate-limit data is temporary and is not used to identify you for marketing or profiling.

Retention

We keep contact form emails only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, manage follow-up communications, maintain basic business records, or comply with legal, accounting, security, or dispute-related requirements.

When the information is no longer needed, we delete or securely dispose of it in accordance with our internal procedures.

Service providers

We use service providers only when necessary to operate this website and process inquiries. These may include our website hosting provider, email provider, and transactional email service provider.

These providers may process personal data on our behalf only for the purposes described in this Notice, subject to their own security and data protection obligations.

Your rights
