PAHINGA Creative House Inc. ("Pahinga," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect and handle personal data through pahingacreativehouse.com, in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and relevant issuances of the National Privacy Commission.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect what you submit:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your message; and
  • the area your inquiry relates to, such as Cafe, Studio, Digital, or Partnership.

We may also process limited technical information, such as your IP address, for short-lived anti-spam and rate-limiting purposes. This helps protect the website from abuse.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or behavioral advertising tools on this website.

Booking requests

When you request a booking through our booking page, we collect what you submit:

  • your full name and email address;
  • your mobile number;
  • your event name, the number of expected guests, and the requested date and time; and
  • any optional equipment notes you provide.

We use this information only to verify your email address (via a one-time code sent through our transactional email provider), review and respond to your request, manage the cafe calendar, and notify you of the outcome by email.

Unlike contact form messages, booking requests are stored in a database hosted on our website infrastructure (Cloudflare) so we can review and manage them. Public calendar listings never show your name, email, mobile number, or event details — guest bookings appear only as a generic "Private booking".

Booking records are deleted within 12 months after your event date, or earlier if you ask us to — contact admin@pahingacreativehouse.com.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

  • receive and respond to your inquiry;
  • route your message to the appropriate team member or room; and
  • protect the website from spam, abuse, or unauthorized use.

We do not sell, rent, or use your contact form submission for marketing. If we ever wish to send you marketing messages, we will ask for your separate consent.

How your information is processed

Contact form submissions are sent by email to our team through Resend, a transactional email service provider. Resend processes the information only as needed to deliver the email message and provide its service to us.

We do not maintain a separate website database of contact form submissions. However, your message may remain in our team email inbox and related email systems while we handle your inquiry.

A short-lived, in-memory rate limit may be applied using your IP address to prevent spam or abuse. This rate-limit data is temporary and is not used to identify you for marketing or profiling.

Retention

We keep contact form emails only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, manage follow-up communications, maintain basic business records, or comply with legal, accounting, security, or dispute-related requirements.

When the information is no longer needed, we delete or securely dispose of it in accordance with our internal procedures.

Service providers

We use service providers only when necessary to operate this website and process inquiries. These may include our website hosting provider, email provider, and transactional email service provider.

These providers may process personal data on our behalf only for the purposes described in this Notice, subject to their own security and data protection obligations.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have rights over your personal data, including the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, and to request blocking, deletion, or erasure of personal data, subject to applicable law.

BuyingPH, operated under the trade name BuyingPH Digital at buyingph.com, is a separate product and platform with its own privacy notice. This Privacy Notice applies only to the pahingacreativehouse.com website.
